2. How long does the data last?

The data will last for 30 days.

3. Will I lose any data that I do not use?

If you purchase another bundle before your primary bundle expires, any unused primary and bonus data will roll over. This means that we will add any unused data from the previous period to the new data allocation you purchase.

4. Which data will be used first?

You will use your bonus data allocation first before you use your primary data.

5. Do I have to return the free device at any point in time?

No! The device is yours forever. Just keep buying data bundles to use with your device.

6. How do I get to keep receiving bonus on every bundle activation?

To keep receiving bonus each time you buy a new data bundle, you need to make sure that you always maintain an active data bundle on your account. The easiest way to ensure this is to buy a data bundle before your existing one expires or to buy an auto-renewing bundle on your account. If you exceed 30 days between data bundle purchases, you will lose the benefit of enjoying free bonus data for the rest of your life.

7. How do I top up or check my data balance/bonus?

You can check your data balance by logging in to MySurfline and clicking on “Check My Balance.” On the “My Account Information” page, select the Surfline number you want to check and click on “Submit.” On the page that opens, click on “Data Balance” to view your current balance.

You can set up your MySurfline account by visiting www.surflinegh.com/MySurfline and clicking “Sign Up” and filling the “New User Registration” form with the details you provided when your account was being set up in our store. 

8. How long will this promo run?

This promo will run from 1st December, 2014 to 31st January, 2015.
